We score individual driving behaviours to pinpoint where your fleet is most vulnerable. By delivering targeted micro-learning videos straight to drivers, we correct high-risk patterns before an incident occurs.
Driving is the most dangerous thing most of your team does at work. Driver behaviour is the biggest variable in that risk. The good news is that behaviour can be changed.

Eco-driving isn’t about driving slowly, it’s about driving smoothly. The same habits that save fuel are the ones that prevent crashes.
Smooth take-offs, not heavy throttle.
Reading the road further ahead.
Maintaining momentum, not tailgating.
Fewer harsh events, fewer surprises.
Most driver safety programs wait for something to go wrong. Ours doesn’t. BETTER DRIVER runs continuously in the background.
Gathering telematics data doesn’t reduce crash rates on its own. The insights only become valuable when converted into feedback that people can understand and act on. That starts with analysis.

Once the risk is identified, coaching is delivered automatically. Each driver receives a short video focused on their specific behaviour.
Here’s how it works in practice. Three real examples of data identifying risk, and coaching correcting it.
The driver consistently exceeds recommended driving time limits.
Extended driving blocks impair driver reaction times and increase accident probability.
Reinforce a maximum driving interval of 2.25 hours
The driver consistently triggers harsh braking alerts in 80 km/h zones.
This behavior strongly indicates tailgating, leaving zero room for error, reducing vehicle control, and drastically increasing rear-end collision risks.
Reinforce maintaining a minimum 3-second gap to allow time to scan ahead, brake earlier, and stop smoothly.
The driver consistently exceeds the speed limit in 40 km/h zones.
Elevated speeds in these zones put road workers and pedestrians at serious risk, and expose the driver to high-tier traffic fines.
Reinforce heightened situational awareness to spot 40 km/h signs early and lock in a safe, compliant speed.
Coaching videos are delivered automatically via our app, email, or SMS. They are never sent while a driver is behind the wheel. Each video is around 60 seconds, targeted to the individual’s specific behaviour, and delivered in respectful language designed to encourage change rather than assign blame.
No. Once telematics is active on your fleet, the coaching system runs automatically. Drivers receive their coaching content through their nominated delivery channel. Your account manager handles the full setup. There is nothing for your team to configure.
Scores are calculated from the telematics data collected from each vehicle, including speeding events, harsh braking, rapid acceleration, sharp cornering, and other behaviour indicators. Each driver receives an individual score that is tracked over time, and the system identifies their highest-risk behaviour to prioritise coaching there first.
Targeted coaching is triggered automatically. Your account manager is also across the data and will flag patterns that need attention, whether that means a conversation with the driver, escalation to a manager, or a review of the coaching approach. The goal is always to intervene before an incident, not respond to one.
Yes. Driver coaching is included as standard for all clients with active telematics. Once your vehicles are connected, the system runs continuously in the background with no additional cost and nothing extra to set up.
We’ll show you how driver behaviour data can be turned into targeted coaching that reduces risk.
