Duncan is YFT's driver safety expert. He connects driver behaviour directly to commercial outcomes, turning safety data into coaching tools that work to reduce on-road accidents and help protect businesses from financial and operational liability.
His path to the fleet industry took him through international financial markets and risk management, then into cognitive neuroscience software and its application to road safety. That combination of analytical rigour and genuine passion for keeping people safe shapes everything he does at YFT.
Duncan led the development of YFT's driver coaching video library and is a recognised voice on safe driving in the fleet industry.
Senior Account Manager
Shmonie is YFT's dedicated day-to-day account contact, focused on building strong client relationships and making sure your fleet operations run exactly the way you need them to. Drawing on 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, she brings a sharp understanding of what clients actually need and how to deliver it.

Ash is the financial engine that keeps YFT's operations and your fleet reporting running smoothly. As a qualified CPA with over 15 years experience in accounting and auditing, she brings exceptional attention to detail to everything that touches the numbers.
Ash ensures every dollar is tracked, reconciled, and easy to understand. Her meticulous approach supports total price transparency and accurate billing across your entire fleet, so your finance team always has clean, audit-ready records to work from.

Monique makes sure YFT's operational delivery holds up under real-world conditions. Her background in operational risk, policy development, and cross-functional coordination gives her the ability to take complex requirements and turn them into processes that actually work in practice.

Andrew is YFT's data and analytical expert and the co-founder of our parent company, the Mercurien Group. With extensive experience across banking, media, retail, financial planning, insurance, and fleet operations, he was instrumental in building our proprietary risk algorithm that delivers strong safety and tax-optimisation outcomes for clients.
Andrew applies his expertise in system design, data integration, and advanced algorithm development to turn complex fleet data into accurate reporting and clear, actionable insights.

Daniel brings more than 30 years of high-level executive experience in the insurance and financial technology sectors to the YFT leadership team. Throughout his career he has built a strong track record in corporate governance and business leadership across a range of organisations and sectors.
